**About Glaize:**
Glaize is a fast\-growing London\-based startup on a mission to shake up the nail care industry. Our flagship product is our made\-to\-measure stick\-on gel manicure, which we make and fulfil in\-house from our factory in Camberwell in South London. Our founder Gina Farran recently appeared on BBC's Dragons' Den, where she landed multiple offers from the Dragons.
**The role:**
We are looking for a team player to join our team at Glaize. As a Customer Service Representative, you will own the conversation with our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a great customer experience. The ideal candidate would have experience in ecommerce customer service, including experience with tools like Gorgias and Shopify, although full training will be provided.
**Working Days and Hours:**
* Monday to Friday (9am \- 6pm)
* 40 hours per week
* 28 days paid holiday per year
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Handling and responding to customer service enquiries
* Responding to customer reviews
* Coordinating with the fulfilment team on order\-related enquiries
* Working with the Customer Service Manager to identify opportunities to improve our customer service experience
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and quality
* Experience working in customer service
* You will ideally have experience with ecommerce tools such as Shopify and Gorgias
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
