The role involves frequent travel to farm locations for troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with remote engineering teams to ensure smooth system operations and high service reliability. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction Visit farm locations for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware systems Diagnose and resolve customer complaints and technical issues within defined timelines Manage on\-site devices including Mini PCs, depth cameras, thermal cameras, and CCTV systems Perform physical tasks such as BIOS configuration, cable management, and device adjustments Coordinate with remote engineering teams for issue identification and resolution Follow technical procedures for system setup, rebooting, and configuration Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and ensure timely follow\-up Utilize internal dashboards, tools, and monitoring systems effectively Maintain professional communication across all interactions Equipment \& Tools Mini PCs (BIOS configuration and system diagnostics) Depth Cameras (connectivity and performance checks) CCTV Cameras (Wi\-Fi troubleshooting and resets) Thermal Cameras (alignment and visibility adjustments) Peripherals (monitors, keyboards, and mouse for on\-site diagnostics) Qualifications \& Requirements Basic knowledge of computer systems and networking fundamentals Minimum 1\+ year of experience in IT support or a related field Familiarity with Linux commands (e.g., basic terminal usage) is an advantage Basic understanding of hardware installation and electrical work Strong communication skills in English (Urdu preferred) Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to travel frequently within Maryland and surrounding areas Comfortable working in outdoor and farm environments Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and customer\-handling skills 📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to share their updated resumes at: **Sufyan.farooq@fulcrum\-pk.com**
