Customer Service Representative

**El Paso Animal Hospital** Full\-Time \| 40 Hours per Week El Paso Animal Hospital is looking for a dependable, positive, and team\-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is the frontline connection between our hospital, our clients, and their pets, helping ensure every visitor and patient receives exceptional care and service. Our hospital’s pulse is serving our community through exceptional pet care, so a genuine love for animals and a desire to support the people who care for them is essential. We are looking for someone who brings strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork. **Schedule** * Full\-time (40 hours per week) * Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 7:00 PM (Several different rotating shifts from early surgery to closing duties) * Rotating Saturdays (1 on / 1 off) **Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone * Answer and manage incoming phone calls and client inquiries * Schedule appointments and assist with front desk operations * Maintain accurate computer records and client information * Assist with pharmacy duties, including: * Counting, sorting, and dispensing medications * Supporting medication preparation as directed * Occasional pharmacy inventory counts * Support the veterinary team to ensure a smooth daily workflow * Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment **Qualifications** * Strong customer service and communication skills * Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person * Basic computer proficiency * Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast\-paced environment * A dependable and positive team player * Previous medical or veterinary experience is preferred but not required We are happy to train the right candidate in our software systems, industry knowledge, and hospital operations. **Our Culture \& Values** At El Paso Animal Hospital, we work hard to build a positive and supportive workplace culture where employees can grow and succeed.
