Job Description
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Daily tasks involve providing support via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting customer problems, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries. * Provide accurate information about products and services. * Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the relevant team. * Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes. * Meet daily performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications:** * Education: Intermediate or higher. * Experience: Customer service experience is preferred. * Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening. **Location:**  MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3 Lahore **Timings:** 10 am \- 6 pm (Mon\-Sat) **Job Type:**  Full time \- Onsite **Salary:** 35,000 \- 40,000
