Job Description
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Lahore for a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Daily tasks involve providing support via email, phone, and chat, troubleshooting customer problems, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall service quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

**Qualifications:**
