The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties include effectively communicating with clients across various channels, maintaining comprehensive records, troubleshooting customer concerns, and adhering to company protocols to enhance overall customer experience. Timings 3pm to 12am **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience best practices * Strong skills in achieving Customer Satisfaction and fostering long\-term relationships * Exceptional communication, problem\-solving, and interpersonal abilities * Capability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic environments * Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required * Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
