**Position Summary About the Job:** DIFF Charitable Eyewear stands for making a DIFFerence. Through our partnership with Vision to Learn, DIFF has been able to positively affect the lives of Southern California’s young students. None of this is possible without all of YOU! Our tight\-knit and dynamic Client Services \& Support team is responsible for providing customer support via phone, email, web\-chat and social media. To continue providing top\-notch service to our e\-commerce customers, we are expanding the department! We're looking for strong team players with exceptional interpersonal skills. If you are hard\-working, empathetic, solutions\-oriented, and ready to jump into the fast\-paced world of customer service, then this is the job for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. * Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns/exchanges. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and website navigation. * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns. * Document customer interactions and update account information accurately. * Stay informed about DIFF Eyewear’s products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information. * Support initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. * Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Proficient in using computers and customer service software (training provided). * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Passion for delivering outstanding service and representing DIFF’s mission. **What We Offer: * Competitive pay and benefits package. * A supportive and inclusive work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company. * A chance to be part of a team making a positive impact globally.
