Job Description
We are looking for a
**Customer Service Representative**
to join our team and manage high\-volume
**inbound and outbound calls**
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle
**inbound and outbound customer calls**
in a professional and timely manner
* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
* Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes
* Record and track all customer interactions in the system
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quick turnaround
* Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
* Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
* Support additional customer service tasks when required
**Job Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a
**call center or phone\-based customer service role**
* Fluent in
**English and Arabic**
(spoken and written)
* Strong communication, listening, and problem\-solving skills
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
* Organized with strong attention to detail
* Professional, calm, and customer\-focused approach
**Preferred:**
* Experience in the
**automotive or motor insurance industry**
* Previous experience working in the UAE
