Our client Homeward Partners is looking for a Customer Service Representative \- Call Handling \& Cold Calling in Lahore Homeward Partners is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a professional individual with excellent call handling skills and the ability to engage confidently with clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional English communication skills with a clear accent and show readiness to work in the EST time zone from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time. This position suits both candidates with prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service, as well as fresh candidates who exhibit strong English proficiency and a desire to deliver outstanding customer interactions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will contribute directly to enhancing client satisfaction by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently, without managing a team. **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining a courteous and positive attitude at all times. * Engage in cold calling and telemarketing activities to generate interest in company services and products. * Provide accurate and clear information to customers regarding services, answering their questions and resolving concerns. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including comments and complaints. * Work within the EST time zone from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time to ensure availability during designated hours. * Use strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone, fostering positive customer relationships. * Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers to create a favorable impression of the company. * Meet or exceed individual performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales or lead generation. * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross\-sell company offerings when appropriate, increasing customer value. * Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers. * Continuously improve communication skills and adapt calls to meet unique customer needs and preferences. * Handle customer complaints or issues patiently, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary. * Collaborate with team members and management to share insights and contribute to improvements in customer service operations.
