PKR 80,000\- 100,000 (Based on spoken English proficiency)

**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced
**International Customer Support Agent**
with a
**natural or near\-native British accent**
to handle high\-volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication,
**experience working with British customers**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
* Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, especially UK\-based clients.
* Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
* Meet performance metrics related to call handling and service quality.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Minimum 3 years of experience in call support or customer service**

* **Prior experience working with British clients is mandatory.**
* Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
* Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem\-solving skills.
* Strong command of English with a
