**About the Role**
Reliance is seeking motivated and customer\-focused individuals to join their team as
**Call Centre Representatives**
. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment.
**Training Schedule**
* Duration: 6 weeks
* Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (mandatory in\-person training)
**Work Schedule (Post\-Training)**
Two\-week rotational shifts:
* **Week 1:**
Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* **Week 2:**
Four weekdays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM \+ Saturday shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; may vary 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
**Additional Notes:**
* Saturday shifts will always be
**Work from Home**
* Hybrid option available after probation, based on performance (3 days in\-office, 2 days remote)
* Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarter
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
* Provide accurate information regarding services and products
* Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
* Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment
**Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and Saturdays
* Reliable internet connection for remote work
* Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities
* Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
