High\-performing individuals will have the opportunity to grow with the organization, with potential for long\-term career progression and permanent conversion as the business continues to expand. **Your Responsibilities** * You’ll respond to customer inquiries through email and CX platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication * In this role, you’ll troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide clear and effective solutions * You’ll manage a high volume of tickets while navigating multiple systems and tools with speed and accuracy * You’ll contribute to internal documentation, including help articles, FAQs, and process improvements * You’ll monitor flagged accounts and escalate complex or sensitive issues when required * You’ll share customer insights and feedback to support ongoing product and service enhancements **Skills and Qualifications** * 1 to 3 years of customer service or support experience, ideally within retail, hospitality, or a startup environment * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally respond to customer inquiries * High level of technical proficiency and comfort working across multiple platforms and tools * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment * Detail\-oriented with a proactive, problem\-solving mindset * Interest or exposure to fintech, payments, or technology is considered an asset **Why Partner with Altis** If you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
