The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues effectively. Responsibilities include managing daily communications with customers, enhancing the overall customer experience, and maintaining detailed records of interactions to improve support processes. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction * Experience in delivering a positive and seamless Customer Experience * Strong communication, problem\-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software * Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus * Previous experience in a similar role or in the food or wellness industry is a bonus * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
