**Job Title: International Sales Agent (Evening/Night Shift)**
**Location: Shahra \- e \- Faisal**
**No. of Positions: 20**
**Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)**
**Salary: Base Pay: 75,000 PKR \+ Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K \- 100K)**

, and be part of a high\-energy sales team. We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Agent with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets.
* Engage prospects with a compelling pitch and generate interest in IT services.
* Qualify leads and ensure they meet company criteria before transfer.
* Maintain high call volumes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
* Accurately log customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversions and revenue.
**Requirements:**
* Fluent in English (neutral or near\-native accent)
* Minimum of 6 months of cold calling experience in sales or lead generation
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Punctuality is a must – strict adherence to shift timings 6 PM Onwards.
* Exceptional work ethic, respect, and a team\-player attitude
* Goal\-oriented with a growth mindset
* Ability to adapt, think fast, and handle rejection
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus
