Key Responsibilities
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to retail asset products
* Provide accurate, timely, and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
* Educate customers about bank products and services to support informed decisions
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Meet individual and team targets for service quality and customer satisfaction
Secondary Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues
* Stay updated on bank products, services, and processes
* Support sales goals through effective customer engagement
What We Are Looking For
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Full\-time)
**Experience**
* Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services
Skills and Attributes
* Excellent communication in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus
* Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills
* Customer\-focused with a positive attitude
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Proficient in computer systems and applications
