**About The Company** Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications The candidate must have Min 2 years of hands\-on experience in **Infinera or Any other DWDM Equipment’s.** **Skills Required** * Should have Working experience in (DNA) Digital Network Administrator and knowledge in DTN, DTN\-X, XT \& OA nodes * Should have Working experience in Installation \& De\-installation of TIM/TOM, OTM card, AOFX card, and XT nodes * Good Knowledge of TNMS (Transcend Network Management System) and Groove G30 \& G40 nodes * Experience in Circuit provisioning in DNA \& TNMS * Knowledge of Software Upgrades **Key Responsibilities** * Manage all operations with respect to installation support and network service configuration management * Manage implementation for any new network updates * Manage Server upgrades and Software Upgrades * Design the network to ensure adherence to the timelines and hand over to project implementation team * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and take corrective action when necessary * Handle requirements like addition/removal of equipment and issues during migration to new circuits * Scheduling the Tech on site and Provide technical expertise for ensuring smooth integration of network and system solutions/network improvement * Ensure that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet specifications * Ensure adherence to process and timelines, maintenance of systems like PSR in Sales Force * Responsible for the configuration of Channel Turnup and network components to meet design specifications * Manage and monitor planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management * Managing the NCF projects * Managing FDR pulls and Temp log analysis * Reviewing the AMC – QA documents * Responsible for the configuration of telecom infrastructure and/or network components to meet design specifications * Manage and monitor planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management * Design the network to ensure adherence to the timelines and hand over to project implementation team * Drive change management initiatives, make change requests and monitor change processes and IT initiatives to ensure delivery of a tested active service layer to the customer on time at optimal costs * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, and take corrective action when necessary * Provide technical expertise for ensuring smooth integration of network and system solutions/network improvement * Ensure that all installation functions are performed in a timely fashion to meet specifications * Ensure adherence to process \& timelines, maintenance of systems like NIMS \& Cramer * Handle requirements like addition/removal of equipment and issues during migration to new circuits **Minimum Qualification \& Experience** Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on field experience **Desired Skill Sets** Hands experience with Fiber optics cable installation and termination Routing, Switching and IP Knowledge Experience in Designing and documenting Network layouts in terms of Fiber, Voice, and Data Paths Network / Voice certifications preferred. Knowledge in networking concepts (ports and protocols) Knowledge of Switch configuration, ports, access ports, trunk ports and port security and spanning tree protocols Knowledge in Access \- Ethernet, Broadband
