**About the role**
We are looking for a motivated and reliable
**Customer Service Executive**
to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will support clients with their day\-to\-day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to client queries in a clear and professional manner
* Assist clients with platform access and general usage
* Follow up on open requests and ensure timely handling
* Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when needed
* Guide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account\-related matters
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date client records
* Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required
* Support improvements in overall client service
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Good attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
* Interest in financial markets is an advantage
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
