Our mission is to create a simple, reliable, and efficient trading experience for all. **Role Description** We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years of experience and basic knowledge of the Forex market. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of client issues. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding trading platform or account\-related queries. • Provide support related to the MetaTrader 5 (MT5\) trading platform. • Understand client issues and communicate them clearly to the technical team. • Share updates and solutions from the technical team back to the clients in a clear and professional manner. • Assist clients with basic queries about the Foreign Exchange Market (Forex market) and platform usage. • Maintain records of client issues, complaints, and resolutions. • Ensure timely response and high\-quality customer support. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in Forex or financial services. • Basic knowledge of Forex trading and trading platforms. • Familiarity with MetaTrader 5 (MT5\) is preferred. • Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate between clients and internal technical teams.
