Softnix Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service skills, active listening abilities, and strong time management to handle customer inquiries effectively. This role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to customer satisfaction in a fast\-paced call center environment. The agent will follow company protocols and maintain a professional and courteous manner while interacting with customers through phone calls and other communication channels. This position does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to meet service goals.
**Responsibilities**
