**Customer Service Agent – Chat\-Based Support** **Location:** Bournemouth Town Centre (Hybrid – mostly office\-based) **Salary:** Up to £33,000 (dependent on experience) Due to rapid growth we are adding to our team! Are you passionate about helping people and working with a product you genuinely believe in? We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join a fast\-growing accounting software company that’s aiming to take on Xero. This innovative platform is already gaining strong traction in the market, and you’ll play a key role in supporting customers as the business continues to scale. This is a chat\-based support role. You’ll be helping users resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring they get the most value from the software, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment. **What you’ll be doing:** * Providing high\-quality customer support via chat and email * Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through the software * Ensuring customers have a positive, seamless experience * Working closely with the wider team to share feedback and improve processes **What we’re looking for:** * Experience in customer service or customer support (SaaS experience is a bonus) * Strong written communication skills * A problem\-solving mindset with great attention to detail * Ability to commute to Bournemouth Town Centre within 45–60 minutes **What’s on offer:** * Hybrid working, with most days office\-based * A team that genuinely believes in the product and values your input * A commercially savvy yet supportive manager * The opportunity to be part of an exciting growth story in a competitive market
