Job Description
We are hiring young skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handle Inbound customer Interactions
* Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
* Calling out to the right on\-call engineering team
* Email Communication
* Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
* Good hands\-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
* Customer\-oriented attitude
* Spoken and written English language is a must
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
