Job Description
**Role Overview:**
Scaleup Connect is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative on the behalf of client to join our team in the Lab equipment sector. The role focuses in the Sales and Operations / Sales Support Staff department, you will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, order processing, and after\-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient communication between sales and operations teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery status.
* Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and dispatch documents supporting the sales team.
* Track pending orders, deliveries, and payment follow\-ups.
* Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
* Maintain accurate customer records in ERP/CRM systems.
* Assist in sales reporting and customer feedback collection.
* Support tender and proposal documentation processes as required.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and company services.
**Qualifications \& Skills:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
* Previous experience in client follow\-up, quotation management, or sales support is a plus.
Pay: Rs30,000\.00 \- Rs40,000\.00 per month
