Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and results\-driven **Customer Sales Representatives** to join our US campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US\-based customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to US\-based customers and prospects.
* Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements:**
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – US accent is a plus.
* Previous sales or call center experience preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Target\-oriented mindset with high self\-motivation.
* Good command of computer operations, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM/software handling.
