**Role Description**
We are excited to present a unique opportunity to build and lead a CRM department from the ground up. This opening is more than just a ordinary job role \- it’s a chance to shape a team, create many other new processes from scratch, and lead with a purpose rather than just following the preset norms.
This is a full\-time, on\-site role in Gurugram for an Automobile Customer Relationship Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving any complaints. Daily tasks will include building long\-term customer loyalty, coordinating with the sales and service teams, maintaining customer data, and identifying opportunities for enhanced customer engagement, retention and business growth. The role also emphasizes driving an exceptional customer experience that reflects the values of Bikaner Motors.
**Qualifications**
* Customer service and relationship management expertise
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
* Experience in automotive industry operations or customer relationship management is a plus
* Skills in handling customer feedback and converting challenges into solutions
* Organizational abilities for data management and process improvements
* Proficiency in Mahindra CRM tools and customer service software
* Analytical skills to assess customer feedback and support process development
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
