As a Bookings Executive, you'll be the engine behind every perfect trip — managing reservations end\-to\-end, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our customers' journeys are flawlessly executed from the first booking to the final departure. * Reservations management: Book flights, hotels, and activities across contracted supplier platforms accurately and on time * Visa documentation: Prepare and verify all necessary documents for customer visa applications * Voucher updates: Ensure customers receive accurate and timely travel vouchers for all confirmed bookings * Cost reporting to finance: Share accurate booking cost details with the finance team and follow up on supplier payments * Supplier negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with hotels, flight providers, and activity suppliers to optimize margins * Ground team coordination: Share passenger arrival and departure details with ground operations to ensure smooth transfers **Who are we looking for?** We're looking for people who are sharp, dependable, and genuinely excited about travel. * Detail\-obsessed : You spot errors before they become problems.
