**Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services
* Provide outstanding customer support by listening actively, understanding needs, and offering tailored solutions
* Assist clients with account management, including data entry and updating personal information accurately in our systems
* Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
* Maintain professional phone etiquette and clear communication to ensure positive customer experiences
* Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and guiding customers through product selections or service options
* Document interactions thoroughly in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and generate reports for analysis
* Handle cash transactions or payments when necessary with accuracy and integrity
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share insights, and enhance overall client satisfaction
**Qualifications**
* Multilingual proficiency is highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
* Previous experience in call centers, customer support, or client services is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
* Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills to foster positive interactions
* Proficiency in general computer skills for data entry and documentation
* Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales activities is desirable
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or cash handling
* Bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
