**Client – HR Domain**
. This is a
**fixed night shift, onsite, client\-facing role (Monday to Friday)**
that offers direct exposure to a global HR environment, where professionalism, strong communication, and ownership are essential. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders, leverage HR systems expertise, and grow within a fast\-paced, performance\-driven organization.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Previous experience in HR or HR\-related functions is a strong plus.
* Proven experience working with HR\-based software or enterprise HR platforms.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Strong proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, typing, and standard business tools.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international clients.
* High adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
* Willingness and availability to work onsite during the night shift.
**Responsibilities**
As a Client Service Executive in the HR domain, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless HR\-related service delivery. This role requires a combination of

, enabling you to provide tailored solutions and strengthen long\-term client relationships.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear, confident, and professional communication at all times.
* Manage client requests and interactions using HR\-based software platforms; hands\-on experience with such systems is highly valued.
* Apply strong client service and relationship management skills to understand client needs and deliver accurate, HR\-aligned solutions.
* Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills while engaging with international clients.
* Analyze and resolve HR\-related client concerns using structured problem\-solving and sound judgment.
* Maintain professionalism and composure in complex or high\-pressure situations.
* Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback, quality initiatives, and collaboration.
* Identify opportunities to recommend HR\-related products or services aligned with client needs and business objectives.
