The position **Job Description** As part of our London\-based team, you’ll be the face of Ringover for our UK customers. Your mission: **drive adoption, retention, and growth** by ensuring every customer extracts maximum value from our platform. You’ll work closely with our CSM team, UK Head of Sales, Account Executives, and Product team to create a seamless experience — from onboarding to renewal — while spotting opportunities to expand usage and deepen relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK customers * Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and initial setup * Proactively monitor account health and ensure renewal and retention targets are met * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team * Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests * Conduct regular business reviews to measure value and ROI **Required Skills And Attributes** * At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or post\-sales SaaS role, ideally in the ATS, HR tech, or recruitment tech space * Experience leading and supporting end\-to\-end SaaS implementations and rollouts, including planning, configuration, deployment, and user adoption. * Demonstrates a proactive, solutions\-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering effective outcomes that meet customer needs. * Strong relationship management and communication skills – comfortable engaging C\-level stakeholders * Data\-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer usage data into actionable insights * Highly organized and capable of managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously * Native in English; French is a bonus * Ability to understand, challenge, and adapt internal processes to fit the specific needs of the UK market * Comfortable in a fast\-paced, startup\-style environment and eager to take ownership BONUS * Understanding of the recruitment market and experience with Bullhorn * Technical background with integrations **Whats On Offer** * Join a fast growing company with career progression * 28 paid holidays (includes UK bank holidays) * Hybrid working environment from our offices in Liverpool Street * Laptop, headset and other work equipment provided * Trips to visit our Paris HQ for training and company events * £200 towards your London travel every month!
