Corporate/Funds Lawyer

**Associate / Senior Associate \- Corporate/Funds** *An international law firm are seeking a 5\+ PQE associate or senior associate, to join their Dubai office* **Key Responsibilities:** * Advise clients on the establishment, structuring, and ongoing operation of investment funds (including private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds) * Provide corporate advisory support, including M\&A, joint ventures, and restructurings * Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including fund documentation, shareholder agreements, and subscription agreements * Liaise with regional regulators and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations * Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives * Supervise and mentor junior lawyers where appropriate **Requirements:** * Qualified lawyer (UK, US, or other common law jurisdiction preferred) * Minimum 5 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate and/or funds work gained at a reputable international or regional law firm ( **essential)** * Experience advising on fund formation and related regulatory matters is highly desirable * Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness * Excellent communication and drafting skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment **What We Offer:** * Exposure to high\-quality, cross\-border work * Competitive tax\-free salary and benefits package * Career progression within a leading international firm * Collaborative and supportive team environment
