Our client Zesora Hospitality is looking for a Corporate Sales Manager \- Hospitality Sales in Zesora Hospitality seeks a Corporate Sales Manager for its boutique hotel located in Nathiagali. This role focuses on driving business growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key industries such as pharmaceuticals, fast\-moving consumer goods, banking, telecommunications, and agriculture. The ideal candidate possesses deep hospitality industry knowledge and a proven track record in client relationship management and business development, bringing at least five years of relevant experience. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the candidate must independently generate and nurture corporate accounts, leveraging their existing network within these sectors to secure room bookings and allied services for the hotel. The Corporate Sales Manager proactively analyzes hospitality sales forecasting trends to identify new business opportunities and tailor offerings that meet client needs. This role requires effective account management, ensuring sustained client satisfaction and repeat business. As the key link between the hotel and corporate clients, the manager must understand industry\-specific demands and present customized solutions that enhance occupancy rates and revenue streams. This position is essential to strengthening Zesora Hospitalitys market presence and driving sustainable growth through strategic business relationships. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCGs, banks, telecommunications, and agriculture to drive hotel room bookings and allied service sales. * Leverage industry knowledge and existing contacts to secure immediate and ongoing business opportunities. * Conduct detailed hospitality sales forecasting and market analysis to identify potential clients and industries for targeted outreach. * Create tailored sales proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and hotel capabilities. * Manage corporate client accounts efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and encourage repeat business engagements. * Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure seamless delivery of services meeting client expectations. * Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategic decision\-making and business planning. * Stay current on hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively adapt sales strategies. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are established. * Participate in industry networking events and conferences to expand professional network and business opportunities. * Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client inquiries and resolve any service\-related issues promptly. * Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, opportunities, and communications for accurate tracking and follow\-up.
