**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven
**Corporate Sales Manager / Executive**
to join our team in the Health TPA sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong corporate sales pipeline, driving business growth, and leading complex B2B sales cycles within the healthcare and insurance domain.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and manage a robust corporate sales pipeline for TPA services.
* Identify and target organizations with reimbursement and self\-funded healthcare models.
* Lead end\-to\-end B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and senior management.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
* Lead and mentor the sales team (for managerial role).
* Monitor sales performance and optimize pipeline management strategies.
**Requirements**
* **Education:**
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
* **Experience:**
Minimum 5–8 years of corporate B2B sales experience.
* At least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
* **Domain Expertise:**
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or TPA services is highly preferred.

**Additional Qualifications**

* **Salary Range:**
PKR 100,000 – 120,000
