**Lawyer – Property \& Trademark Matters** **Location:** 4th Floor, Tower B, Godrej Eternia, Divisa Herbals Private Limited, Plot No. 70, Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh, 160002 **Salary:** up to 60K CTC **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified and detail\-oriented Lawyer to handle property\-related legal matters and intellectual property registrations, particularly trademarks. The role involves property due diligence, drafting legal documents, managing trademark filings and registrations, and representing the organization in legal proceedings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of RERA regulations, property and contract laws, and trademark law. **Key Responsibilities:** **Property \& Litigation:** * Conduct **property due diligence** , including title verification, review of ownership records, and identification of legal risks. * Draft, review, and vet **legal notices, replies, petitions, agreements, and written statements** related to property and contractual matters. * Represent the organization in **court hearings and legal proceedings** before courts and relevant authorities. * Ensure compliance with **RERA regulations** and assist with filings, documentation, and regulatory processes. * Provide legal advice on **property transactions, development agreements, and contracts** . **Trademark \& Intellectual Property:** * Manage the **end\-to\-end trademark registration process** , including searches, filings, documentation, and follow\-ups. * Draft and file **trademark applications** and monitor their progress with the relevant authorities. * Respond to **examination reports, objections, and oppositions** in trademark matters. * Maintain records and tracking of **trademark portfolios, renewals, and compliance requirements** . * Coordinate with relevant authorities, agents, and stakeholders for trademark\-related matters. **Required Qualifications:** * **LLB/LLM** from a recognized university. * Enrolled with the **Bar Council of India** . * Strong working knowledge of **RERA regulations, property law, contract law, and trademark law** . * Experience in **legal drafting, litigation support, and trademark registrations** . **Key Skills:** * Legal drafting and research * Property due diligence and documentation * Trademark filing and prosecution * Court representation and litigation handling * Strong analytical and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **real estate legal practice and intellectual property (trademark) matters** . * Familiarity with **land records, title searches, and RERA compliance procedures** .
