Corporate Lawyer

We are partnering with a FTSE 100 to appoint an experienced Corporate Lawyer on a permanent basis. This is a standout opportunity to join a highly regarded legal team at the heart of a global business, working directly with the Head of Corporate on a portfolio of high value, cross\-border transactions. This role offers exceptional exposure to complex international M\&A activity, alongside a broad mix of corporate matters. You will play a key role in delivering strategic transactions while operating within a highly collaborative and forward\-thinking in\-house environment. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide high quality legal advice across a broad range of corporate matters, including M\&A transactions, joint ventures, investments, treasury activities and corporate governance * Support the execution of strategic transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to deliver commercially focused and practical outcomes * Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives and risk appetite * Partner with senior stakeholders across the business, managing competing priorities in a fast\-paced, transaction\-driven environment * Proactively embrace technology and data\-driven approaches to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance the delivery of legal services **What we are looking for:** * A commercially astute lawyer with strong corporate M\&A experience * Experience gained within a leading law firm or an in\-house legal team * Proven track record working on international transactions * A pragmatic, solutions\-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high\-performing environment This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer looking to make a tangible impact within a globally recognised organisation.
