Corporate Lawyer

***Corporate Lawyer – Stockholm \- Household\-name international fintech*** ***Location: Stockholm*** A household\-name international fintech is looking for a corporate lawyer with 4–8 years’ PQE to join its growing team in Stockholm. This broad corporate role combines governance, board reporting, post\-IPO compliance, and finance\-related work, including potential exposure to securitisation and structured finance. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and the US and take ownership of high\-profile, cross\-border projects. **What You’ll Do:** * Lead corporate governance, board reporting, and corporate housekeeping initiatives * Draft and review corporate and finance\-related documentation, including intercompany agreements, credit lines, RSU/equity plans * Support compliance with Swedish and international regulatory obligations * Advise on finance and securitisation matters where relevant * Collaborate with internal teams on strategic corporate and operational projects **Who You Are:** * Qualified Swedish lawyer or equivalent with 4–8 years’ PQE in corporate law * Strong background in top\-tier private practice or in\-house experience * Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions * Experience in corporate governance and corporate finance; familiarity with securitisation or structured finance is a strong plus * Independent, proactive, and resilient, with a positive “can\-do” attitude **Why This Role:** Gain hands\-on experience in corporate law, finance, and governance while contributing to high\-impact, international projects in a fast\-moving fintech environment.
