Corporate Lawyer

**Corporate Lawyer, 1\+** **The Business** Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with EMEA headquarters in London. The company focusses on manufacturing branded and non\-branded pharmaceutical products and delivering these around the globe. **The Position** The company now has a need for a Corporate or Corporate/Commercial lawyer to join as Legal Counsel. In this role, you will lead on a wide range of corporate matters (including supporting the tax, treasury finance and company secretarial functions.) You will also work on broader commercial matters relating to global manufacturing, distribution and supply, industry regulations and direct business matters. Given this role is a head office position supporting all corporate group functions, you will have direct access to the senior management team and be close to the decision makers of the business. **About You** This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate lawyer or Corporate / Commercial lawyer looking to take on a highly varied, business focussed in\-house position. Any exposure to pharma or life sciences transactions or contracts would be useful but is not essential, this really is a business focussed position.
