Job Description
**Mandatory details/Skills:**
* Responsible for all revenue generating activities; prospecting, presenting, driving value and closing new business.
* Develop robust customer\-centric sales strategies to retain, grow and gain new business
* Develop and manage contract P\&L and OI of customer portfolios.
* Uncover customer business challenges and provide insights on new industry trends and best practices.
* Identify customer needs and leverage the solutions and innovations to create value, communicate our impact and capture value for our client.
* Close partnership with corporate accounts finance and legal to ensure profitability, compliance and brand standards.
* Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers.
* Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for the division.
* Look for ways to grow company's presence in market to gain competitive business
* Average team size of 8‐10 direct reports.
* Drive business sales growth and deliver short and long\-term financial results within the Institutional division.
* Lead all sales activity for assigned region (local, state and sub\-region level).
* Recruit, train and develop, and engage a diverse, high performing team of CAM’s.
* Leverage market knowledge to develop, support, and execute customer specific strategies to ensure corporate accounts retention, growth, and new customer acquisition goals are met
* Drive ‘safety first’ culture and accountability.
* Be a mentor to others to find, cultivate, and develop the CAM team of the future.
