**JOB PURPOSE**
The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing business accounts requiring Trip Support Services, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling sales requests.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
* Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through regular engagement and regional travel.
* Research customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and support revenue growth initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer and sales management.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare quarterly sales reports.
* Comply with internal policies, procedures, and health \& safety requirements.
* Customer complaints resolution
* Customer satisfaction ratings
* Achievement of annual sales targets
**JOB REQUIRMENTS**
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales within related services.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to work under pressure with strong time management skills.
* Strong communication, integrity, and analytical ability
