Contracts Engineer

* Designation: Contracts Engineer * Education: B.E. Civil Engineering * Experience: 4 to 8 years in contracts (real estate / construction) * Location: Andheri (5 mins walkable from WEH Metro Station / 2 km from Andheri Station) * Industry: Industrial Park / Textile Park / Residential **Responsibilities** * Responsible for quantity surveying, estimation, preparation of BOQs, project costing, tender documents and contracting activities across multiple projects * Identify and onboard new contractors; conduct rate analysis, and lead rate negotiations to ensure cost efficiency * Prepare comparative statements and rate analysis sheets for management review to support contractor finalization * Obtain quotation from multiple vendors and prepare detailed comparison sheets (quantity and rate analysis, pre\- and post\- GST) * Assist in preparation of project quantities and commercial documentation for tendering processes and technical\-commercial evaluations * Coordinate and support all costing and contracting functions in collaboration with the Design team and Site execution teams * Monitor and track contractor bills in line with executed work value and contractual terms * Verify the Master Cost Plan and actively participate in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality **About The Company** Magus Infratech is led by Mr. Mayur Suchak, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative and transformative projects for over 02 decades and the group has played a pivotal role in the development of many ground\-breaking projects.
