Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned **Consultant General Manager** to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for our resort. This is not a "desk job"—we need a visionary leader who can audit our current systems, optimize our revenue streams, and elevate our guest experience to international standards. Whether we are scaling up or refining our boutique luxury offering, you will be the architect of our operational success. **Key Strategic Responsibilities** * **Operational Audit:** Conduct a 360\-degree review of all departments (Front Office, F\&B, Housekeeping, Sales, and HR). Identify gaps in SOPs and implement corrective actions. * **Financial Stewardship:** Analyze P\&L statements, manage budgets, and implement aggressive cost\-control measures without compromising luxury standards. * **Revenue Growth:** Partner with the Sales \& Marketing teams to optimize ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). * **Brand Positioning:** Elevate the resort’s digital and physical presence to compete in the premium/luxury nature\-tourism segment. * **Leadership Mentoring:** Coach and develop the existing HODs (Heads of Departments) to ensure the resort functions at peak efficiency even after the consultancy period. * **Statutory \& Quality Compliance:** Ensure the property meets all licensing, safety, and hygiene (HACCP/FSSAI) requirements. **What You Bring** * **Experience:** 12–15\+ years in Hospitality Management, with at least 5 years as a GM or Regional Director for reputed 4/5\-star resorts. * **Turnaround Expertise:** A proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores (TripAdvisor/Booking.com) and bottom\-line profitability. * **Technical Depth:** Deep understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and modern Digital Marketing for hospitality. * **Education:** Degree in Hotel Management from a premier institute; an MBA is highly preferred. * **Soft Skills:** Exceptional negotiation skills, crisis management ability, and the "hospitality heart." Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
