Construction Project Manager (civils)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will need to assist in managing multiple sites and working closely with the Contacts manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise onsite as required, ensuring quality standards and health \& safety compliance. * Working closely with established site management teams. * Oversee civils works, including drainage, reinforced concrete, and associated infrastructure. * Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules. * Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure effective communication and delivery. * Implement organisational procedures, including reporting, documentation, and quality control. * Identify risks and implement mitigation measures. * write / assist with method statements and risk assessments using the company software. * hybrid role. 75% based on various sites across south east. 25% Bexley office **Requirements:** * Proven experience in civil engineering or construction project management, particularly in drainage and reinforced concrete works. * Experience liaising with sub\-contractors and multi\-disciplinary teams. * Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements on construction sites. * Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules. * High level of computer literacy – confident using project management software, spreadsheets and digital reporting systems * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Full UK driving licence **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and performance\-based incentives. * Opportunity to work on a high\-profile civils project across the south east. * Supportive team environment with career development opportunities.
