**About the Company** Our Client is a leading Accounting \& Tax firm, having more than 6,000 Clients across various states in USA. Only apply if you are willing to work a night shift onsite **About the Role** Compliance Manager will oversee CA trainees and ensure full compliance with ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan) rules and regulations. This role, defined under ICAP's Training Organisation Orientation Programme (TOoP), involves managing trainee induction, on\-the\-job training, six\-monthly assessments, progress monitoring, and providing guidance to meet practical experience requirements. The ideal candidate is a part\-qualified Chartered Accountant with hands\-on articleship experience, solid knowledge of ICAP guidelines, and a passion for mentoring trainees in a structured training environment. **Responsibilities** * Arrange trainee orientation sessions and communicate assessment attributes at induction as per ICAP TOOP guidelines. * Ensure practical experience aligns with ICAP regulations through regular monitoring and six\-monthly career progression assessments with documented outcomes. * Provide ongoing guidance for trainee improvements, performance feedback, and support for professional growth. * Limit trainee overtime to prioritize study time and compliance with ICAP work\-study balance requirements. * Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, assessments, and TOOP compliance documentation. * Supervise and mentor CA trainees during audit, tax, and assurance engagements. * Review trainee work products for quality and adherence to professional standards. * Recommend process enhancements for training programs and compliance monitoring. * Ensure all training activities meet ICAP's Quality Management Framework (QMF) standards. **Qualifications** * Qualified CA with fully completed articleship from ICAP\-registered firm. * Minimum 1 year of post\-articles experience, including exposure to trainee supervision during articleship. * Working knowledge of ICAP guidelines, training regulations, and practical experience requirements. * Experience mentoring junior team members or peers during articleship preferred. * Familiarity with auditing standards, ethics, and ICAP compliance requirements. * Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CA firm management software. * Detail\-oriented with good documentation skills. * Ability to manage trainee schedules while balancing study commitments.
