Job Description
We are currently partnered with a well established organisation in the UAE who are looking to recruit a
**Compensation, Benefits**
**and Talent Manager.**
The position is heavily weighted towards
**C\&B,**
with additional involvement in
**talent development.**
This role is reserved for UAE Nationals with a Family Book.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Act as the focal point for all matters related to compensation, benefits, and reward strategy
* Lead annual compensation activities including salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking exercises
* Continuously assess and enhance reward structures to ensure alignment with market trends and business needs
* Provide guidance to leadership on pay decisions, internal equity, and reward positioning
* Support the broader talent agenda, including performance cycles and talent development initiatives
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency across HR practices
**REQUIREMENTS**
* UAE National with a Family Book
* Abu Dhabi based, or open to relocate
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* 10\+ years of experience across total rewards and broader HR functions
* Strong background in compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and incentive design
* Exposure to performance management and talent\-related initiatives
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and providing advisory support
