About the Client:
A market leading real estate agency in Dubai
Job Description:
* Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
* Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow\-ups through the CRM system.
* Addressing resident concerns, providing community\-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
* Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
Qualifications:
* Must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in 5\-star hotels (preferred), mixed\-use properties (e.g., co\-working spaces), or property development customer care.
* Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable) with strong organizational skills. Must be able to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
