Job Description
The Commercial Manager cum Sales will be responsible for leading the business\-winning strategy for chiller projects and maintenance contracts. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle (tender to closure), negotiating contracts, and ensuring the profitability and financial control of all projects. The candidate will also manage client relationships, specifically with MEP consultants, contractors, and end\-users.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Achieve Sales Targets:** Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and profitability targets for new chiller projects and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
* **Generate Opportunities:** Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the hotel, mall, hospital, and residential sectors.
* **Tendering \& Estimation:** Lead the preparation of techno\-commercial offers, submittals, and, if required, work with the estimation team to create accurate proposals.
* **Relationship Management:** Network with key consultants and MEP contractors to ensure company products/services are specified in projects.
* **Customer Visits:** Conduct site visits, surveys, and technical presentations to clients.
* **Contract Negotiation:** Negotiate contract terms and conditions, pricing, and payment schedules with clients and sub\-contractors.
* **Budgeting \& Cost Control:** Prepare project budgets, manage cash flow, and monitor costs to ensure project profitability.
* **Variation \& Claim Management:** Manage and resolve variations, disputes, and claims related to project delays.
* **Compliance:** Ensure all contracts comply with legal, local authority, and company policies.

* **Requirements**

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* **Experience:** 7\+ years of experience in the GCC market handling chiller applied products, with a strong background in centrifugal/district cooling sales and contracting.
* **Technical Knowledge:** In\-depth knowledge of chiller systems (water\-cooled/air\-cooled), AHUs, FCUs, and related HVAC components.
* **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
* **License:** Valid Driver’s License (UAE/local).
* **Languages:** Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED20,000\.00 per month
