What You’ll Handle * Breach of contract disputes * Fraud and business tort claims * Employment\-related litigation * Commercial real estate disputes * Shareholder and partnership disputes * Other complex business litigation matters Qualifications * 5\+ years of commercial litigation experience * Admitted to practice in New York * Strong motion practice and brief\-writing skills * Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances * Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution * Strong client communication skills * Experience litigating in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division is strongly preferred.
