Commercial Legal Counsel - South West London

**Legal Counsel \| 1–4 PQE \| South West London \| Commercial Contracts** We’re working with a fast\-growing business in South West London that is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel (1–4 PQE) to join its small but highly collaborative legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a general commercial lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to play a visible role in a scaling organisation. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years, supported by a series of acquisitions, and is now focused on strengthening its platform as it continues to expand. **The Role** Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will advise on a wide range of legal and business matters, with a particular focus on **commercial contracts, which form the core area of the role** , including drafting and negotiating a full range of agreements such as procurement contracts, customer agreements, B2B and B2C arrangements, and technology\-related contracts. You will also be involved in: • Supporting the business with corporate governance matters across the group • Advising on data protection and compliance issues • Assisting with insurance matters, claims and litigation management • Providing day\-to\-day legal guidance across operational teams • Supporting legal work arising from recent acquisitions and ongoing integration projects Given the size of the team, this role offers the opportunity to gain broad in\-house exposure and become closely embedded in the business. **The Candidate** This role would suit a lawyer who is proactive, commercially minded and keen to build strong relationships across the organisation.
