Summary We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Hotel Manager to lead our team at one of our prime city centre hotels in with an exciting new brand by IHG, the Garner Hotel. Based in Edinburgh, this role is vital in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while aligning with our company's mission of excellence and hospitality. **Responsibilities** **Commercial** Sales strategy, local corporate accounts, RFP management, brand distribution, working with revenue management **Operations** Day\-to\-day hotel oversight, service standards, guest experience **Revenue** Work closely with central revenue team to drive ADR and occupancy **Sales leadership** Local corporate sales, groups, partnerships **Team leadership** Heads of department (FOH, housekeeping, F\&B) **Qualifications** * Has brand experience (ideally IHG Hotels \& Resorts, Hilton, or Marriott) * Has run operations but also understands commercial performance * Comfortable with distribution systems, RFPs and local corporate sales * Strong team leadership capability * Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership. * Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus * Previous experience in a city center hotel environment is preferred.
