As a Coaching Teacher, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing personalized academic guidance, and supporting students in achieving their educational goals. This on\-site role requires collaboration with other educators and contributing to a positive learning environment while upholding our commitment to educational excellence. **Qualifications** * Strong proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design engaging curricula * Background in Education and Teaching, with experience in classroom or individual instruction * Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff * Experience in Training and mentoring students to achieve their learning objectives * Problem\-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse student needs * Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage * Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field is preferred * Experience in language education, or familiarity with the curriculum of English as a second language
