What’s missing is the right person to take full ownership and build this into a dominant UAE movement that scales globally. This is not a management role. It sits at the intersection of: • Retail marketing • Fitness \& lifestyle • Community activation • Government health initiatives **The Role (In Reality) \- You are the engine.** You will: • Sell directly into malls, retail groups and marketing teams • Close partnerships with brands, venues, schools and corporates • Build and lead on\-the\-ground activations, events and challenges • Create energy — communities, competitions, hype, momentum • Work with the existing platform and team to evolve the product • Turn FitSmiles into something people talk about, show up for, and compete in This is part sales, part operator, part community builder. What This Really Requires • You can sell — not just present, but close (especially into malls and retail marketing teams) • You understand how to drive footfall and engagement, not just talk about it • You are comfortable being out in the market — meetings, events, activations • You naturally build communities and momentum • You have strong commercial instincts — you see how this makes money • You’re into fitness / sport / lifestyle — this matters, it’s the product Most importantly: you take ownership and execute. **What You’re Walking Into** • Live platform with real use cases • Alignment with government, schools and major stakeholders • Clear commercial pathways (B2B, B2G, sponsorship, licensing) • Strong backing, network and strategic support What’s needed now is someone to convert this into scale and revenue. **Structure** • Meaningful sweat equity — real upside • Freedom to build and lead • Direct access to decision\-making and support If you’ve ever wanted to build something that sits at the centre of fitness, retail and community — and you know you can sell it into the market — this is that opportunity.
