It sits at the intersection of: • Retail marketing • Fitness \& lifestyle • Community activation • Government health initiatives **The Role (In Reality) \- You are the engine.** You will: • Sell directly into malls, retail groups and marketing teams • Close partnerships with brands, venues, schools and corporates • Build and lead on\-the\-ground activations, events and challenges • Create energy — communities, competitions, hype, momentum • Work with the existing platform and team to evolve the product • Turn FitSmiles into something people talk about, show up for, and compete in This is part sales, part operator, part community builder.
