Cloud Engineer

**About Viedoc and the role:** Viedoc is Swedish med\-tech company offering a clinical trails platform. It currently supports clinical studies in over 75 countries and is trusted by some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our cloud\-based platform is crucial. It stores massive amounts of sensitive, crucial medical data of millions of patients. As a cloud engineer, you’ll join an on\-going phase where we are evolving how the platform is built and operated. Your team owns the infrastructure and collaborates closely with several stakeholders internally. If you are interested in working with critical infrastructure while playing a role in accelerating the delivery of new treatments to patients, we would love to have you in the team! **What you will do:** You’ll join the Platform Team. Together you're designing the infrastructure in Azure, building pipelines, and improving how we govern and scale our cloud environment. The team is adapting agile principles and works a lot in pairs while solving issues. We’re in an active transition from a traditional ops setup toward modern platform engineering and SRE practices. This means a lot of opportunities to own and contribute to the shaping of a new, modern infrastructure. What your day\-to\-day could include: * Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Bicep and/or Terraform * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub * Contribute to Azure governance, policy design, and landing zone architecture * Contribute with new ideas for solutions while maintaining high security standard Our current tech stack includes: Azure, Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps/GitHub, PowerShell/Python, Grafana, Azure Monitor, MySql **Who you are:** * Experience with Azure in production environments * Working knowledge of IaC: Bicep, Terraform (or both) * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally in Azure DevOps or GitHub * Experience with scripting, such as PowerShell or Python * A doer\-mindset who enjoys teamwork and share knowledge across the team * Communicates fluently in English (Swedish is meriting) **Why Viedoc?** * Work on infrastructure supporting clinical research globally * Close relationship with Microsoft (working together with their Cloud Solution Architects), to ensure we adapt both modern and best practices * Flat organization where engineers influence the platform’s direction, with hackathons and an annual education budget * Central office in Uppsala (Juvelen) and a hybrid work setup (2\-3 days office/week) **Interested?** Apply directly down below.
