Candidates with call center, and cold calling experience in the international market are highly preferred.*** **Company Description:** Liberty Dispatch Services LLC is a US based logistics service provider and specializes in full\-service truck dispatching. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a professional, detail\-oriented **Customer Service Representative / Cold Caller** to join our team. This role requires excellent spoken and written English, as team members communicate daily with U.S.\-based customers, prospects, and drivers. Clear, confident, and professional communication is critical to success in this role. Candidates with strong customer service, call center, and cold calling experience in the international market are highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in English via phone and email * Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and business contacts * Dispatch and monitor loads from pickup through delivery * Relay accurate load instructions to drivers with no miscommunication * Prepare and manage documentation * Resolve issues quickly while maintaining professional language and tone **Required Qualifications** * Fluent spoken and written English **(REQUIRED)** * Must be able to communicate clearly on live phone calls * Must be able to write professional, grammatically correct emails and messages * Strong negotiation and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * High attention to detail and accuracy * Prior experience in freight dispatching, logistics, or trucking is required. **Important Note** Because this role involves constant verbal and written communication with U.S.\-based brokers and drivers, applicants must demonstrate strong English communication skills during the interview process. **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive pay with benefits * Growth opportunities within the operations team * Full training and support provided
